Am I just a mardy bitch or do other women feel this way a few days a month? And not PMT-related? Do any of you have any suggestions on how to get out of these low moods? If I was at home I'd take the dog out for a walk with my ipod on loud, but even this has only a temporary effect; once the endorphins wear off I'm back to my charming day-long depression. Sometimes I hate being a woman!
I'd like to dedicate this post to my friend Julia Rulia, who was once in such a bad mood she warned me, 'Don't even look in the direction of my house'. Love you Jules.
That is one hot picture of Marylin!
ReplyDeleteI feel like that now and then too. Never really tried to trend it, but chocolate and nail polish help :) ... oh that and torturing my husband for love and attention lol
Love and attention are what's needed! We are delicate creatures requiring constant nurturing! My boyfriend is pretty baffled when I'm in a mood and doesn't seem to know what to do with me... (J: I NEED ATTENTION!)

ReplyDeletebwahahahaha, oh how I like Julia from that statement. and yeah, HOT marilyn pic, so cute.
Hehe oh how I remember those moody days!!
ReplyDeleteI actually thought about using that phrase again the other day but remembered that when you are nearer 30 rather than 18 it maybe isn't the right way to express my mood!
I definately feel your pain Laura especially with this unpredictable summer weather! Sun out and generally I'm smiling.
sounds like a holiday is what you need or failing that a visit to Bristol for some girly chat would prob do the trick!?
xxx
@Julia - because you're never moody nowadays? Yeaaaaah... Holiday plans are in the works (Sicily and Sardinia hopefully) and I'm definitely coming to visit soon, or at least August! xxx
